I just wanted to say a word about last weekend. It was my best friend’s birthday, so I felt like posting something “in her honor”, lol…
She invited her closest friends to her house, and we had a lot of fun!

Holidays March 7, 2006
During my Carnival holidays I stayed here, in São Paulo. My parents didn’t want to travel because when this holiday comes, everybody likes to go on a trip (so the city is pretty much empty) and they really like that. You can go anywhere you want in 10 minutes because there’s no traffic, it’s great!
It’s a 5 day holiday.
On the first day, I went to the movies with some friends, and we watched “The Pink Panther”. It doesn’t bring anything to our life, but it’s a really funny movie. Especially because the actor exagerates his French accent during the whole film.
The next day, my friend Dafne came over. We went to the shopping mall, and we practically spent the whole afternoon eating at our favorite restaurant!
On third day, I was the one who went to her house. We stayed at pool, and of course, we went once again to the shopping mall =P
It was really fun, because we didn’t have enough money, and we had to ask for discount in eeeeverything! We got to buy tickets for the movies for less than half price! Candies for 2/3 of the original price, and free water at McDonalds… =P
I slept over at her house, and I went home early the next day because she was going to the beach.
That day, I started doing my homework and reading the book “La Civilisation, ma Mère!” which I find pretty much interesting. The problem is we have way too much homework and I can’t finish it!
On the last day, I hanged out with my cousins that I hadn’t seen in a while. It was all fun!
I enjoyed a lot these days…it’s a pity that it’s over now!
Back to hard work…
ps: I took this picture on a beach on the coast of São Paulo. I just put it there because I love landscape pictures, and I don’t really like Carnival.
